Mr. Praveen Mani’s rich experience in hospitality spans over a period of 20 years.
A graduate in Hotel Management, he holds a degree from The Institute of Hotel Management, Catering technology and Applied Nutrition [IHMCTAN] - Mumbai, India’s leading Hotel Management School.
He is a C.H.E. (Certified Hospitality Educator) from The American Hotels and Lodging Association Educational Institute.
He is now specialising with an MBA in Hospitality Management.
He was also in charge of the paper setting and corrections of the first batch of The Bachelor of Hotel & Tourism Management Degree Program of the prestigious Mumbai University.
He is also a guest lecturer at prestigious management institutes and universities all over the world
Capping his career as the head of The Training Academy of The Royal Palms Group, he has been instrumental in bringing in the concept of continuous training and development into all levels of the organisation.
Mr. Praveen Mani brings an extensive and multi skilled hospitality industry experience right from operations and management to consultancy and training with his diverse experiences as a General Manager, a F&B Manager, a Sales Director, a lecturer, the Vice- Principal of the prestigious London College of Management, a hotel consultant and head of a corporate training academy.
He also has been involved in various other allied industries as the General Manager of Prasanth Equipments and Services Private Ltd. - an organisation involved in effluent treatment and environmental pollution control, as well as being the assistant editor of "The Marine World" - a magazine for the merchant navy. He has also been actively involved in iso 9000-9001 as well as iso 14000 certifications worldwide.
His other interests include web designing and development wherein he was awarded an honorary membership at W.D.D.A.- Web Design And Development Association (U.S.A.), as well as a myriad of social causes for which the Maharashtra government empowered him as a S.E.O. (Special Executive Officer).
His extensive experience along with a strong knowledge base coupled with a instinctive understanding of the human learning curve capped by superlative presentation and communication skills are what positions him uniquely as the chief facilitator of Professional Metamorphosis
